At Ooni Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Our Great Pizza Guarantee ensures that if you can't make great pizza with your Ooni, we will help you get there or take the oven back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a local carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
